It's a visa's campaign, #not a tourist. They came to Nakano in March. One of the crew took a manga class and drew his manga touch portrait.
I found this video because of my FB ｆriend in Thailand and shared whit with tagged me. I found Taiwan version on their Youtube channel, but that's all. Is there any other version?
